Sign in to the Forge

The Forge is an internal operator tool. Run it on localhost or a private network only: there is no per-user account system yet (OD-024). Access has two layers: the API accepts requests only with the Forge admin token, and this web app adds that token only to requests that carry a valid Forge session. A session is bound to the operator name you enter here - it is recorded as the actor of every Council job you create and every human decision you make (AI_COUNCIL.md section 7). Sessions last 480 minutes (ARCA_FORGE_SESSION_TTL_MINUTES); the cookie is HttpOnly and same-site only.
